What: Meet & Greet with Snacks (meat and cheese tray, veggies and dip, fruit, dessert and beverages will be provided)
What to bring: Just yourselves!
How to Dress: Casual (we will be indoors)
Saturday, August 13th afternoon
When: 1pm - 3pm
Where: Boulevard Lake BIRCH POINT PICNIC AREA ... look for red balloons!
What: Family Games (beverages will be provided)
What to bring: Sunscreen, umbrella, a snack if you wish, lawn chairs (optional)
How to Dress: Comfortable (we will be outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather)
Saturday, August 13th evening
When: 5pm - 10pm
Where: White Fox Inn http://www.whitefoxinn.com/, 1345 Mountain Road off Thunder Bay Expressway; 807-577-3699; map
What: Family Photo Shoot and Supper (a full supper catered by the White Fox Inn will be provided). A photographer will be on site to take photos. There will be a cash bar.
What to bring: Just yourselves! (and big smiles - “cheese”)
How to Dress: Somewhat dressy (we will be outdoors for the photo shoot from 5pm - 7pm and indoors for the supper at 7pm)
Sunday, August 14th
When: 1pm
Where: Oksanen Residence at Lot 60, Griffis Rd, Oliver Lake (approx 45 minute drive from town)
What: Potluck BBQ Lunch
What to bring: Bring your own food and beverages, sunscreen and bug spray, lawn chair (opt)
How to Dress: Comfortable (we will be mostly outdoors, so dress appropriately for the weather).
